Matcha Coconut Balls

These high protein and energy-boosting matcha coconut bites are the perfect pre-workout snack! Matcha provides a gentle pick-me-up to give you all the boost with none of the jitters!

  • 6 Pitted medjool dates
  • 3 tsp Ceremonial grade matcha 
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • ½ cup shredded coconut flakes 
  • ⅔ cup raw cashew butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • ½ cup coconut flour

How To:

  1. To your food processor or high speed blender, add all ingredients until a thick dough begins to form. Should only take a few minutes. Scrape down as needed with processing. 
  2. If the mixture is too crumbly and you aren’t able to form into balls, add more cashew butter.
  3. Scoop out 1 tbsp of the dough at a time and roll into balls. Repeat until all the dough is used. 
  4. Option to top with hemp seeds.
