Grilled Peach Granola Bowl

VG - GF - RF - OF
Serving Size:
2

Caramelized grilled peaches with date sweetened super seed granola, thick creamy non-dairy yogurt and a drizzle of agave...makes me ask myself, breakfast or dessert? I’m not sure it matters! This dish is rich and indulgent, all while being light and refreshing! This bowl is also completely customizable. Peaches can be swapped for any stone fruit of your choice, same goes for any yogurt flavor or additional toppings. Make this your own!

Serving Suggestion:

How To:

  1. Start by firing up your grill! Your grill should be hot before adding your peaches.
  2. While your grill warms up, slice your peaches into halves. Option to brush a little olive oil on the fleshy parts of your peaches to prevent sticking. However, we did not find this step necessary.
  3. Once your grill is hot, add your peaches fleshy side down. Leave on the grill for about 4 to 5 minutes, or until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove from the grill and place to the side to let cool.
  5. While peaches are cooling, add your yogurt to two bowls, then add peaches. Top each with ¼ cup of my date sweetened granola, ½ tbsp hemp seeds and 1-2 tbsp of either agave nectar or maple syrup.
  6. Serve immediately. Great additions to this bowl would be a nut or seed butter, like cashew butter, or if you want to serve as dessert, swap the yogurt for non-dairy ice cream, yum!

*For this recipe I used Culina Yogurt flavor Bourbon Vanilla, but you could also use their Plain and Simple or Peach Cashew Butter. Or, simply use any non-dairy yogurt of your choice.
