These bite sized edible cookie dough balls are a perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth. This is our no-bake, easy to make recipe favorite, making our childhood dreams come true!

  • 1 cup creamy cashew butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips*
  • Pinch of sea salt

How To:

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until fully combined. Then, add in your almond flour, oat flour and sea salt, mix until resembles a cookie dough consistency!
  3. Add chocolate chips and stir with a spatula or spoon to combine, scraping down the bowl as needed.
  4. Using a cookie dough scoop, spoon out about 1 tbsp of cookie dough and form into a ball in your hand, continue until all of the dough is gone.
  5. Refrigerate to set and enjoy! Balls should last about a week in the fridge.

*If you don’t have mini dark chocolate chips you can also use a chopped dark chocolate bar.
