Made with just 4 ingredients these Dark Chocolate Cashew Butter and Berry Jam cups are the perfect easy indulgent dessert! The combination of rich dark chocolate with salty smooth cashew butter and tart homemade jam is the best upgrade to my childhood favorite!

How To:

  1. Start by prepping your cups, line a muffin tin with baking cups.
  2. Then, transfer your dark chocolate chips and tbsp coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
  3. Next, using a tsp measure, place 1-2 tsp of melted dark chocolate into each baking cup, dragging the chocolate around the outer edges of the baking cups as you go.
  4. Transfer to your freezer and let cool for about 10 minutes until chocolate hardens.
  5. Remove from the freezer and place tsp cashew butter into each baking cup, then top with a tsp of mixed berry jam.
  6. Top each baking cup with an additional 1-2 tsp of melted dark chocolate, or until the tops of each are fully coated. Let chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, until the chocolate shell is hard. Serve and enjoy!
