These easy to prepare and nutritious overnight nights are your weekday morning meal prep savior! Vegan, gluten and refined sugar free, these delicious oats taste like chocolate covered strawberries, but for breakfast!
½ cup gluten free rolled oats
¾-1 cup non-dairy milk (depending on how thick or thin you want)
1 scoop chocolate plant based protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
3-4 diced strawberries
To top: Hemp seeds, fresh fruit, nuts or nut butter

How To:
In a small mason jar or food storage container, add your oats, protein powder, chia seeds and cacao powder. Stir to combine.
Then, add your non-dairy milk and maple syrup, stir until fully incorporated. Then add your diced strawberries and mix. Adding your strawberries the night before is optional, you can always top the oatmeal with strawberries in the morning, but this makes it easier for a quick grab-and-go breakfast!
Let sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning top with seeds, other fresh fruit (my favorite is banana) or nut butter. Enjoy for breakfast or a great pre-workout snack!
