This easy, vegan, plant filled Chocolate Pot de Creme is creamy, indulgent and naturally sweetened! Just 6 ingredients and 1 blender and you have yourself the perfect chocolate dessert that you can eat straight from the pot topped with whipped coconut cream and fresh fruit!

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips (I used Hu Chocolate Gems)
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Serving Suggestion:

Serve cold with non-dairy whipped creamy, fresh fruit and chocolate chips!

How To:

  1. To a small mixing bowl add your chocolate chips. To a separate microwave safe bowl add your coconut cream. Heat up for 1 minutes 30 seconds in the microwave.
  2. Once coconut cream is hot, pour over chocolate chips, do not stir, let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. While coconut cream and chocolate chips are melting, add your ripe avocado, maple syrup, cacao powder and ripe banana to a high speed blender.
  4. When the 5 minutes is up, stir your chocolate coconut mixture until fully combined and melted. If chocolate chips have not fully melted after stirring, heat up in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
  5. Pour chocolate coconut mixture into the high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  6. Once fully blended, divide between 4 individual pots (or small bowls/cups.) Place in the fridge and let chill for at least 1-2 hours.
  7. Once fully chilled and chocolate creme has set, top with non-dairy whipped cream, fresh fruit and extra chocolate chips. Serve and enjoy!
