This creamy and oh-so-dreamy vibrant berries and cream smoothie is packed with antioxidant-rich mixed berries, and healthy fats to leave you ready to take on the day!

  • 1 large sliced and frozen banana
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 of blackberries
  • ½ cup of cherries
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt 
  • 2 cups of almond or dairy free milk of choice

How To:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth. 
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to thin. 
  3. Top with: hemp seeds, granola or nut butter.
