Vegan, gluten and oil free, these crispy battered and baked cauliflower wings are a group favorite! Incredibly easy to make with just a few basic ingredients!

  • 2 heads of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 2 cups plain unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1-2 bottles of bbq or buffalo sauce

Serving Suggestion:

Serve fresh and hot topped with extra sauce and cut veggies on the side!

How To:

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Then, in a large mixing bowl, prepare your batter by combining gluten free flour, nondairy milk, salt, and seasoning. Whisk together until fully combined. If the batter seems to thick, add an extra splash or two of the nondairy milk and whisk again.
  3. Next, dip your cauliflower florets one by one until they are evenly coated. Shaking off any excess batter. Place them onto the baking sheets and spread them out. You want to give them room to bake so that they get crispy on all sides.
  4. Once all of the cauliflower and batter is used, place the baking sheets into the oven and bake at 450 for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden.
  5. While the cauliflower is baking, clean out the large mixing bowl you used for the batter. To the same bowl, add your desired sauce, leaving so extra in the jars to use later.
  6. When cauliflower is done baking, remove from the oven. Add cauliflower to the mixing bowl with the sauce and stir until the cauliflower is fully coated, adding extra sauce if needed.
  7. Place cauliflower back onto the baking sheets and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Once wings are crispy and the sauce is sticky, remove from the oven.
  9. Serve hot and fresh, topped with additional sauce!
